GamePoint reaches 10 million active registration milestone

THE HAGUE, Nov 5, 2014 – GamePoint, one of the world’s leading synchronous multiplayer social game developers, reached their 10 million active registration milestone today following several months of exceptionally strong performance for their flagship titles GamePoint Bingo and Royaldice both on Facebook canvas and their own website www.gamepoint.com

The latter is especially interesting, because it has allowed us to go on a bit of a recruiting drive which has seriously beefed up our talent pool. We expect GamePoint’s launches in the next couple of quarters to turn some heads.”

A series of improvements made to the GamePoint suite of social (casino) games over the last year or so has proven very successful in increasing that engagement even further. “We had two missions going into this latest series of changes,” according to Bob Christof, Director of Game Development: “We wanted to increase time spent and we wanted to further leverage our relationship with Facebook by improving on our integration with their platform. The latest registration bump is definitely due to that focus on using the organic discovery channels the Facebook platform offers”.

From July 22 till July 24 of 2014, the entire casual gaming industry will travel to the stunningly beautiful San Francisco Bay area for another edition of Casual Connect. GamePoint’s shares secrets at Casual Connect Amsterdam

So you’ve been wondering what GamePoint’s secret to success has been over the past 15 years? If you are visiting Amsterdam for Casual Connect this February you are one of the lucky people to be able to find out more about how GamePoint achieved its current business success.
First up is GamePoint’s President Amon Endt. He will offer an insider’s perspective on the relationships that make GamePoint’s multiplayer platform unique in the world. The session is appropriately called: “Relationships, Marriages and Babies: Extreme Customer Lifetime in Casual or Social Games”. Attendees will learn how people build long lasting relationships with each other through GamePoint’s games and how this and other unique GamePoint features effect on customer lifetime. Because when we say ‘extreme customer lifetime’ we mean it!
The session will be held in the Berlagezaal on Wednesday February 12 from 3:00 to 3:30 pm.
When you are finished learning about the relationships that lead to extreme customer lifetime you will be treated to a lesson in multiplayer gaming. And what’s better than hearing one opinion on this? Hearing five experienced multiplayer veterans exchanging their ideas on multiplayer gaming. That’s why GamePoint is organizing a panel sessions named: “The Merits of Multiplayer”.
GamePoint’s Director of Business Development Rik Haandrikman will be joined by Micha van der Meer (Exit Games), Alfonso Villar (Playspace.com), Jan-Mitchel Saaksmeier (Bigpoint) and Phil Mansell (Jagex). Paul Heydon of Avista Partners will act as host and make sure all the secrets of multiplayer gaming are spilled by the members of the panel.
