Junior Online Trafficker

We are currently looking for a highly motivated JR. ONLINE TRAFFICKER to join our team in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Job Description:

The Jr. Online Trafficker is a role within GamePoint’s Growth team. The Jr. Online Trafficker will execute effective customer acquisition campaigns for our highly profitable, high growth social casino game across the (social) web and mobile.

As Jr. Online Trafficker you are responsible for the management of the user acquisition funnel for your designated games and geographic regions, while working with our data analytics team to measure and maintain return-on-investment.  Job success is based on meeting or exceeding ROI and volume targets across multiple channels.

 Responsibilities:

  • Managing marketing acquisition / top level user funnel
  • Develop creative and innovative campaigns for customer acquisition
  • Execute paid user acquisition efforts to achieve Volume, Quality and ROI goals
  • Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels
  • Execute A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return
  • Work with product teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition
  • Conduct analysis and work with the data analytics team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimization
  • Generate performance reports and present to Growth team management

 Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • A passion for games
  • Excellent presentation, numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills
  • High Proficiency in MS Office packages, including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to target a global audience, encompassing many languages and cultures
  • One to three years’ working experience with (online) ad buys
  • Some data processing experience e.g. basic statistical knowledge

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Team Lead User Acquisition to join our team in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Job Description:

Reporting to the CEO, Team Lead UA is responsible for developing creative and innovative solutions for driving user acquisition across all GamePoint’s titles. This role will lead paid acquisition marketing efforts to achieve KPIs including registrations, CPA/CPI, LTV, and ultimately revenue. Multi-variant testing and constant analytical analysis via interaction with Business Intelligence will be an on-going responsibility. This position will work to ensure that GamePoint has industry leading user acquisition that continues to drive our business as one of the leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop industry leading User Acquisition initiatives that ensure high volume acquisition of high quality users in order to  achieve target KPI and revenue goals
  • Work with the GamePoint Management team to develop roadmaps for continued success of the product(s)
  • Work with Facebook, iOS, AdWords and Google Play marketplace reps to maximize discoverability
  • Work with external partners including media agencies, distributors, affiliates

Scope of the position:

  • Working with tech. departments to optimize User Acquisition funnels
  • Ensure implementation of best in class UA campaign strategies
  • Work with Facebook, iOS, AdWords and Google Play marketplace reps to maximize discoverability
  • Optimization of paid performance based user acquisition campaigns

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketplaces
  • Managed large UA campaigns
  • Previous experience with Online entertainment
  • Previous experience working within a strong Marketing and PR team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced analytic and quantitative skills
  • Experience with Display, SEM, and Facebook
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
  • Innovative & creative

Job Description:
As a Junior Community Manager you are part of our International Community Operations Team. Within the team you will passionately engage with our multi-lingual communities. You’ll ensure optimal engagement through events and build excitement and relationships on behalf of GamePoint and the Community Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent GamePoint and communicate across multiple channels
  • Scheduling Social Media content
  • Maintain & moderate the Community blogs
  • Take part in executing online & offline events
  • Maintain relationships with community ringleaders
  • Assist in managing a team of volunteers
  • Assist in officiating disputes within the community
  • Assist in providing feedback about the community’s sentiment, concerns and suggestions
  • Several forthcoming activities

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent command of English verbal and written communication skills
  • Additional languages are a plus (preference for Dutch)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Dutch / English speaking CHAT OPERATOR to join our team in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Job Description:
It concerns a part-time position for 16 – 24 hours a week.
As a Chat Operator you are part of our international Support Team that deals with both the Dutch and English speaking community. You will answer a wide range of customer inquiries about GamePoint, our games and community-related matters and thus helping to improve our customers’ satisfaction. The Chat Operator is active in our chats, answers the phone and takes care of incoming Support tickets by mail and through various Social Networks.

Responsibilities:
• Being active and providing support in the Dutch & English chat
• Taking Dutch support calls by phone
• Dealing with incoming support tickets in the Helpdesk
• Commenting on support inquiries on various social networks
• Moderating and answering replies on our blogs
• Providing web care support
• Several forthcoming activities

• Native Dutch speaker
