Currently we are looking for a FINANCIAL AMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our corporate team in The Hague, The Netherlands as soon as possible.

Job Description:

The administrative assistant is a role within GamePoint’s corporate team which are responsible for Financial Administration, HR and Office Management. The main task for the financial administrative assistant will be responsible for bookkeeping.  24 hours a week, as soon as possible.

Occasionally the assistant will help with different administrative tasks and several forthcoming activities such as front desk assistance.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Excellent bookkeeping skills
  • Native Dutch speaker and excellent English verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, flexible and reliable personality
  • An eye for detail
  • Experienced with bookkeeping program Exact online is a pre
  • Completed minimal MBO education (administrative education is a pre)
  • 2+ years working experience in a similar position providing administrative support within an international work environment

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Brazilian Portuguese speaking SUPPORT OPERATOR to join our team in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Job Description
It concerns a temporary part-time position from the 6th of October 2015 for approximately 6 months.

As a Brazilian Support Operator you are part of our international Support Team that deals with the Brazilian community. You will answer a wide range of customer inquiries about GamePoint, our games and community-related matters and thus helping to improve our customers’ satisfaction. The Brazilian Support Operator is active in our chats and takes care of incoming Support tickets by mail and through various Social Networks.

Responsibilities

  • Being active and providing support in the Brazilian chat
  • Dealing with incoming support tickets in the Helpdesk
  • Commenting on support inquiries on various social networks
  • Moderating and answering replies on our blogs
  • Providing web care support
  • Several forthcoming activities

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to handle complaints in difficult and busy situations
  • A polite, thoughtful and friendly attitude
  • A high level of empathy and strong customer focus
  • Genuine team player with good people skills
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Description
GamePoint is looking for a motivated and passionate Flash Developer that aspires to take the game to the next level. You will be on the team that develops games which thousands of players interact on a daily basis

Responsibilities:
▪ Creating and working on the development of the GamePoint Flash Framework
▪ Participating in the development process of innovative new features and games in interdisci-plinary and international teams
▪ Fostering the sharing of knowledge across colleagues and teams
▪ Contribute to team brainstorm sessions
▪ If unforeseen problems show up, be at the forefront with your skills and ability to make them disappear

REQUIREMENTS:
▪ +1 years of experience, ideally in game development
