Job Description:

The Jr. User Acquisition Manager is a role within GamePoint’s Growth team. The Jr. User Acquisition Manager will execute effective customer acquisition campaigns for our highly profitable, high growth social casino game across the (social) web and mobile.

As Jr. User Acquisition Manager you are responsible for the management of the user acquisition funnel for your designated games and geographic regions, while working with our data analytics team to measure and maintain return-on-investment.

Job success is based on meeting or exceeding ROI and volume targets across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing marketing acquisition / top level user funnel
  • Develop creative and innovative campaigns for customer acquisition
  • Execute paid user acquisition efforts to achieve Volume, Quality and ROI goals
  • Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels
  • Execute A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return
  • Work with product teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition
  • Conduct analysis and work with the data analytics team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimization
  • Generate performance reports and present to Growth team management

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • A passion for games
  • Excellent presentation, numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills
  • High Proficiency in MS Office packages, including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to target a global audience, encompassing many languages and cultures
  • One to three years’ working experience with (online) ad buys
  • Some data processing experience e.g. basic statistical knowledge

Job Description:

The Jr. Marketing Manager is a new role crucial in our plans for future community development. The Jr. Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing community events for our 1M+ monthly active users across more than a dozen major markets.

As Jr. Marketing Manager you are expected to work on your own initiative and bring ideas as to how we can use community events to further grow retention and engagement for an already highly engaged group of users. You are expected to communicate brand messaging, personality and benefits through events that have a measurable impact on time spent, return frequency and monetization.

Job success is based on combining the needs of the growth- and community management teams, while having or attaining excellent online skills and experience using social media as a marketing tool. The Jr. Marketing Manager is expected to develop (and execute) the community event roadmap with input from other parts of the business, but will require little supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving marketing to support the development of our ever-growing online community in order to meet target growth, engagement and monetization goals
  • Leveraging social media tools to effectively market community events
  • Building relationships with other parts of the business, as part of the growth team
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining innovative online events that capture the attention of our player base in a very crowded market
  • Working cross-departmentally to continuously improve community events for a better end-user experience
  • Developing and monitoring community event success metrics in collaboration with our data analytics department
  • Collaborating with the growth team to identify key community event requirements and updating the community event plan accordingly
  • Other duties or assignments as requested by Senior Management

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Experience with online community building
  • Understanding of social media and how it can be used as a business tool
  • Excellent presentation, numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills
  • High Proficiency in MS Office packages, including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Effective time- and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to think and operate with a global community, encompassing many languages and cultures
  • Enthusiasm for the games industry
  • Two – three years’ working experience in marketing-, event- or community management
  • Some data processing experience e.g. basic statistical knowledge
